At our preschool in The Clay House, we nurture every student to make sure that every child’s formative years of learning is smooth, joyful and full of happy adventures. With the expert support of our preschool educators, we supplement at-home parenting right from the school gate till the end of the school hours each day.We welcome our little wonders in the morning with a big smile and a warm hug of love and adoration. We make them feel safe, loved and comfortable.

At The Clay House we make learning fun. A great deal of personalized attention to each little learner is given to ensure that all children are supported in every domain of their learning. Thinking skills, language skills and social skills are gradually developed through activity based joyful learning.
Storytelling, rhyme sessions, arts and crafts, dance-drama, sports and playtime engage every learner in a joyful way to ensure that early learning phase of their preschool is in consonance with both classroom curriculum and outdoor co-curricular activities.
The curriculum in The Clay House is implemented in a way that learners should know what they are expected to know and to be able to perform certain tasks by a certain age. The idea is to make them independent in doing their tasks like putting on shoes by themselves, taking care of themselves and also helping each other to learn to share and care. All this is done in a phased manner and gradually by the end of the year when learners graduate, they emerge as independent and confident learners.
Discipline and consistency build confidence and regulate learning process in a positive way. To stabilize and acquaint our tiny learners with the flow of the day, we follow a planned schedule every day. Our daily schedule includes a balanced blend of structured curriculum and play time.
Our day usually starts with pleasant greetings and prayer. This is followed by circle time with the mother teacher and friends. Conceptual learning is initiated through play way method so that the transition from informal learning to formal conceptual learning remains joyful.
At The Clay House, we believe in strong teacher-parent cooperation. This cooperation is built up through different modes – daily reports, sharing photos and videos, PTM, school app and broadcast group.
Learning process at TCH is a story of self-discovery by the learners also their skills already inherent in them. We facilitate happy environment where in learners joyfully explore their learning and become independent learners.
